EcoFlow conveyor section elements can be used to build material flow systems, linking manual workstations. They are also useful in storage and consignment areas.

Sliding sections and track rollers can be set up quickly and with minimal fuss with just one basic profile in widths of 300-500mm. Pallets are available for the conveyor section, created from conductive plates and corner pieces. Components for curved sections and dividers can be used to flexibly adapt conveyor sections to suit the arrangement of workstations and the flow of material.

Conveyor section profile: A guide profile that provides fast and simple construction of track rollers or pushing sections. Caps are available to reduce the risk of injury on unprotected ends.

Roller carriers: These are used for fast and simple construction of roller conveyors when combined with conveyor sections and guide profiles. They can be joined using keyed connections and are suitable for use in an ESD-sensitive environment when combined with steel rollers and conductive guide profiles.

Rollers: To be mounted into the conveyor section profile in roller carriers. They are inserted in the strut profiles with rollerfix. Available in both plastic and galvanised steel, the steel variant combined with conductive roller conveyor components are suited to use in ESD-sensitive environments.

Curved section: The curved section is an assembly set that enables a curved section to be easily mounted on a corner table panel. It includes a drilling template to aid with assembly.

Ball roller: Curved sections can be constructed using table panels and ball rollers. The volume conductivity of the table panels means that they are also suitable for ESD-sensitive areas.

Corner table with hard coat: Constructed from chipboard with a hard coat and designed for building economical curved sections.

Corner piece, crossover conveyor: For connecting secondary sections. The sections are fastened at the same level.

Divider / backstop: Allows workpiece pallets to be positioned in the workplace. The backstop becomes a divider when the handbutton is mounted and direction of flow is reversed. It is supplied pre-assembled.

Workpiece pallet corner pieces: Adding the corner pieces to pieces of material such as chipboard, plastic or aluminium allows you to construct workpiece pallets rapidly and with ease. Corner peices allow the following:

• Separation of parts from a build-up
• Well-defined butting and stop faces
• Good movement around the curve
• Avoidance of edges where trapping may occur
• A prerequisite for the divider, backstop, curved section and crossover conveyor to function properly.

Roller elements: Suitable for constructing short track rollers for small, light workpieces or workpiece pallets.

Rollerfix: A convenient element for mounting rollers. It can be inserted easily and makes it possible to replace individual rollers without dismantling the whole frame.
